How often should I sync Tracker data with my mobile device?

A daily sync is recommended but not required. The iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker can record detailed data for up to 14 days between each sync. Daily syncing only takes a few minutes; however, the more data stored, the longer it may take to sync.
