Tax Exempt Purchase

If you/your organization holds a valid sales tax exemption certificate, please follow the instruction below:

Step 1: Create an account.
Step 2: Send a copy of your certificate with your registered email address to salestax@ihealthlabs.com before placing the order. 

Once your certificate is verified, we will enable tax-exempt for your account within 1 to 2 business days and notify you via email. You can then place orders in our online store without paying sales tax. *For orders that already placed with sales tax collected, it may take 4 to 8 weeks or longer to process the refund of sales tax.

Discounts for School Purchase

If you are purchasing 1 or more cartons for your school, you may be eligible for a special discount. Please follow the steps below to apply for a discount code.

Step 1:

Create an account with your organization email (usually end with edu or org for schools) on our website. https://ihealthlabs.com/account/login

Step 2:

Please send us your full name, account email, school name, employee position, and photo of your staff ID via school@ihealthlabs.com. We will activate a discount code for you, then you can order test kits on our website: https://ihealthlabs.com/pages/covid-test-kit-enterprise-purchase

Step 3 (optional):
