Tax Exempt

If you or your organization holds a valid sales tax exemption certificate, please email it to salestax@ihealthlabs.com from the email address you plan to use for your account registration. Once we verify and validate your certificate, we will create a tax-exempt account and notify you by email. You can then place orders online with sales tax waived.

Exemption requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days. For sales tax-exempt orders that have already been placed with tax collected, refunds to the original payment method usually take 4–8 weeks.
