• Choose your plan anytime during the trial: You can choose your plan in your customer portal at any time during your 30-day trial. Once you confirm, your subscription will begin after your trial ends at the rate of your selected plan and supply level, and we’ll send your first shipment of test strips and lancets. Refills of strips and lancets arrive every 3 months.
• Cancel during the trial: You can cancel at any time before the 30-day trial ends—only a $15 processing fee applies. You do not need to return the device.
• Do nothing: If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically start on day 31 with the Gluco+ Saver Plan (lowest supply level, $49/year, billed upfront). This plan includes 200 test strips and 200 lancets per year, delivered in shipments of 50 every 3 months.

Gluco+ Saver – Annual Plan, Pay Upfront

• At sign-up: You’ll pay the full yearly amount, based on the supply level you choose.
• Renewal: Your plan renews annually after the 12-month term unless canceled. To cancel the renewal, please contact our customer support team at support@ihealthlabs.com.

Gluco+ Flex – Annual Plan, Pay Per Delivery

• At sign-up: You’ll be charged for the first delivery (one-fourth of the annual plan price), and your initial supply will be shipped.
• Subsequent charges: You’ll be automatically charged every 3 months for the remaining 3 deliveries (one-fourth of the annual plan price each).
• Cancel during the 12-month term: A $15 cancellation fee applies.
• Renewal: Your plan automatically renews each year. You may cancel the renewal before the renewal date with no fee. To cancel the renewal, please contact our customer support team at support@ihealthlabs.com.

30-Day Trial

No. Once you choose between Gluco+ Saver and Gluco+ Flex, you’ll stay on that plan for the full term. Switching between the two plans is not allowed.

No. Once you select a supply level for your plan, it cannot be changed during the active term. Upgrades and downgrades are not allowed, so please choose the supply level that best fits your long-term needs.

No. You do not need to return your Gluco+ monitor if you cancel your subscription. However, canceling your plan will end the lifetime warranty on the device.

Your Gluco+ monitor is covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as your subscription is active. If your device stops working due to normal use, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. The warranty remains valid as long as you maintain an active subscription.

No. All subscription orders ship free, straight to your door.

No, the Gluco+ monitor works on its own. However, pairing it with the free iGluco app lets you log results automatically, track your progress, and share reports with your healthcare provider.

You can use your HSA or FSA benefits to get reimbursed for your Gluco+ subscription. After your purchase, simply submit your order receipt to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Glucose meters, test strips, and lancets are eligible medical expenses under IRS guidelines (Publication 502).
