Spiced Popcorn
What’s better than putting on a good movie to finish off the night? A movie and some guilt-free popcorn! This is an easy recipe to make your own popcorn at home, and we’ve even added some spice suggestions here to add a zing to spice it up! This is a tasty and guilt-free version to avoid the sodium and fat content usually found in microwave popcorn.

Ingredients (Servings for 4)
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Dash ground cinnamon

- Cooking spray
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Instructions
- Combine cumin, chili powder, salt if using, cayenne pepper, ground cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread popped popcorn in an even layer in a large shallow baking pan.
- Lightly coat the popcorn with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the popcorn; toss to coat.
