Subscription FAQ

What’s included in my refill subscription?

Every refill subscription includes test strips and lancets in the quantity you select (50, 100, or 200 strips, plus matching lancets every 3 months). You’ll receive a lifetime warranty for your Gluco+ monitor as long as you stay subscribed.

When will I be charged?

Saver Refill Plan – Annual Plan, Pay Upfront

  • At sign-up: You’ll pay the full yearly amount, based on the supply level you choose.
  • Your plan renews annually after the 12-month term unless canceled. To cancel the renewal, please contact our customer support team at support@ihealthlabs.com.

Flex Refill Plan – Annual Plan, Pay Per Delivery

  • At sign-up: You’ll be charged for the first delivery (one-fourth of the annual plan price), and your initial supply will be shipped.
  • Subsequent charges: You’ll be automatically charged every 3 months for the remaining 3 deliveries (one-fourth of the annual plan price each).
  • Cancel during the 12-month term: A $15 cancellation fee applies.
  • Renewal: Your plan automatically renews each year. You may cancel the renewal before the renewal date with no fee. To cancel the renewal, please contact our customer support team at support@ihealthlabs.com.

One-Time Purchase

  • Pay in full at checkout. Choose between 50 test strips/lancets or 100 test strips/lancets. No subscription or auto-renewal.
Can I change my plan later?

No. Once you choose between Saver Refill and Flex Refill, you’ll stay on that plan for the full term. Switching between the two plans is not allowed.

Can I change my supply level later?

No. Once you select a supply level for your plan, it cannot be changed during the active term. Upgrades and downgrades are not allowed, so please choose the supply level that best fits your long-term needs.

How do I cancel my subscription renewal?

To cancel your subscription renewal, please email our customer support team at support@ihealthlabs.com.

How does the lifetime warranty work?

Your Gluco+ monitor is covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as your subscription is active. If your device stops working due to normal use, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. The warranty remains valid as long as you maintain an active subscription.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

No. All subscription orders ship free, straight to your door.

How do I get reimbursed through my HSA/FSA?

You can use your HSA or FSA benefits to get reimbursed for your Gluco+ subscription. After your purchase, simply submit your order receipt to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Glucose meters, test strips, lancets, and control solution are eligible medical expenses under IRS guidelines (Publication 502).
