How to Measure Your Blood Pressure
Put on the Cuff
Place your left arm through the cuff with the up arrow pointing towards your shoulder and the down arrow towards your palm.
Adjust the Cuff
Position the cuff one finger above your elbow pit, ensuring one finger can fit snugly between your arm and the cuff. Align the monitor with the center of your palm.
Sit Properly
Position your arm so the cuff isat heart level, and sit with your back supported and feet flat on the ground.
Start the Measurement
Relax, press the Start button,and view your result on the LED display or in the app.

To ensure an accurate reading with your iHealth Neo:
- Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at heart level.
- Relax for 5 minutes before taking a measurement—avoid talking or moving during the process.
- Place the cuff snugly on your upper arm, following the position guide in the manual.
- Take multiple readings a minute apart and use the average for the most reliable result.
For best results, measure around the same time each day and avoid caffeine, alcohol, orexercise 30 minutes before testing.
How often should I measure my blood pressure?
It's best to follow your doctor’s advice, but for general tracking, once or twice a day at the same time can help you spot trends and manage your health.
